Responsive Documents definition

Responsive Documents means any hard­copy or electronic documents from the Relevant Period relating to any of the Responsive Topics, located within the Identified Sources or known to exist by any of the Custodians or the Office of the General Counsel of Defendant; and
Responsive Documents means the document(s) received by the Requesting Party in connection with a Public Records Request.
