Responsible supplier definition

Responsible supplier means a supplier who demonstrates capabilities in all respects to fully perform the requirements of a contract that may include, but may not be limited to, finances, credit history, experience, integrity, perseverance, reliability, capacity, facilities and equipment, which will ensure good faith performance.

  • Seller Party means any of the Seller, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or "controlling person" (as such term is used in the Securities Act) of any of the foregoing.

  • Lowest responsible bidder means the Bidder submitting Lowest Responsible Bid.

  • Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
