Responsible provider definition
Responsible provider means a health care provider who is primarily responsible for patient care in a health care facility or provider's office.
Responsible provider means the Provider who is responsible for access to and use of the System by a Delegated User under section 5 of this Agreement; (e) “Misuse” means any material non-compliance with this Agreement, including a breach of Applicable Privacy Laws in connection with the collection, use or disclosure of Patient Data .
Responsible provider means an applicant that has the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements.
