Responsible Proponent definition

Responsible Proponent means a Proponent who can fully perform the contract requirements and has the integrity and reliability to ensure the performance of the contractual obligations.
Responsible Proponent means who has the capability to perform the Project requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance.
Responsible Proponent means a Proponent whose reputation, past performance, and business and financial capabilities are such that the Proponent would be judged by the Municipality to be capable of satisfying the Municipality’s needs for a specific Contract.
