responsible party(ies) definition
responsible party(ies) means a party carrying out a role or activity in the water reuse system including the reclamation facility operator, the urban waste water treatment plant where different from the reclamation facility operator, the relevant authority(ies) other than the designated competent authority(ies), the reclaimed water distribution operator or the reclaimed water storage operator;
