Responsible Engineer definition

Responsible Engineer means an engineer who is registered in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);
Responsible Engineer means the engineer, currently licensed in the State of Hawaii, who is performing professional engineering services on behalf of the Engineer of Record and whose stamp will appear on the Construction Specifications and Construction Drawings.

  • If the Contractor fails to make payment for the subcontractor’s portion of the work within the time frame specified herein, the subcontractor shall contact the Responsible Engineer and the Contractor’s bonding company in writing.
