Responsible Architect definition

Responsible Architect means an architect, employed by the Designer or design Subcontractor who is currently licensed as such in the State of Maryland, and who is in direct charge of the design.

  • Responsible adult means a parent, guardian or other adult specifically authorized by law or authorized by a parent or guardian to have custody or control of a minor.
