Responsibility Questionnaire definition

Responsibility Questionnaire means the current the New York Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire For-Profit Construction (CCA-2), as maintained by the New York Office of the State Comptroller, and as may be amended from time to time, which requires all bidders to answer questions demonstrating their financial ability, legal capacity, integrity, past performance on municipal contracts and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such Questionnaire shall be affirmed by a principal of the bidder.
