Responsibility Level definition
Responsibility Level means the level of responsibility attributed to a Participant by virtue of the Participant’s role within the Group, as specified in the Award Letter delivered to that Participant, provided that where the Group has a formal grading system in place from time to time, the Responsibility Level will refer to the job grade of a Participant as determined by that grading system (which shall be reflected in the Award Letter);
