Response Personnel definition

Response Personnel means the designated safety and security personnel assigned to monitor and immediately and properly respond to personal security device activations, which must include at least one person who is on duty 24 hours a day.
Response Personnel means persons, on-site or off-site, who are appropriately equipped and trained to counter an attempted unauthorized removal of radioactive sources or an act of sabotage.

  • MSRC will pay all valid taxes and fees owed due to providing MSRC Response Equipment or MSRC Response Personnel under this Agreement.

  • The side and rear doors of residence halls are not to be used except in emergencies (e.g., fire, fire drills, emergency evacuations, and other times specifically designated by the Residence Hall Staff or Emergency Response Personnel).

  • The Covered Entity may obtain the requested MSRC Response Equipment with or without MSRC Response Personnel, at the option of the Covered Entity.

  • It is understood by the City and the Union that an employee who is disciplined under the provisions of the Random Screening Policy for Emergency Response Personnel (City of Baytown Personnel Policy Manual), shall have all rights of appeal as provided by Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 143, in accordance with Article 30 of this Agreement.

  • In the event that the City should determine that modification of the Random Drug Screening Policy for Emergency Response Personnel (City of Baytown Personnel Policy Manual) is necessary, the City shall supply the Union with the proposed change(s) thirty (30) days before the effective date.
