Responds definition

Responds means receiving a monitored alarm signal that indicates the existence of an unauthorized intrusion or taking from a protected premises of a customer and being required by contract to take action upon receipt of that alarm signal.
Responds means the change in real power (in MW) in the form of a reduction in real power consumption or an increase in real power production or a combination of the foregoing in accordance with the FFR Requirements.

  • Respond or “Response” means any action taken pursuant to Environmental Laws to correct, remove, remediate, cleanup, prevent, mitigate, monitor, evaluate, investigate or assess the Release of a Hazardous Substance.
