Respective Owners definition
Respective Owners shall in case the Designated Apartment be situated at
(a) the 358 Premises mean the Owner No. 1; (b) the 358/1 Premises mean the Owner No. 2; (c) the 359 Premises mean the Owner No. 3 and (d) the 360 Premises mean all the Owners Provided that where the context relates to Common Areas which are common to the whole Project, then shall mean all the Owners.
