respective authority definition

respective authority means a person or any Government entity in whom authority is vested or having legal power to make and enforce the law;
respective authority means: i) the Minister of Finance of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic or his empowered deputy in the case of Czechoslovakia; ii) the Minister of Finance of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or his empowered deputy in the case of Luxembourg.
