Resource Units definition

Resource Units means, with respect to an Enterprise Subscription, a number that is equal to the total GB of RAM Addressable by all Billable Enterprise Software deployed by Customer in connection with the Enterprise Subscription, divided by 64, with any fractional remainder being rounded up to the next whole number.
Resource Units means the units of measurement for the amount of Resource Volumes used within each Process.
Resource Units has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule C (Charges and Invoicing);

Examples of Resource Units in a sentence

  • For most billable Resource Units, the chargeback methodology will distribute charges to the benefiting programs based upon proportionate usage.

  • In managing the provision of Resource Units, Service Provider shall maintain the flexibility to respond to changes in DIR’s and DIR Customers’ demand for the Services on a day-to-day and month-to-month basis, particularly as to those portions of the Services where DIR and DIR Customers experience significant variations in demand.

  • There shall be no change in the Charges otherwise payable to Service Provider during a given month unless the number of Resource Units for a Resource Unit Category actually used during such month exceeds or is less than the applicable Monthly Resource Baseline.

  • Such inventory shall only be for purposes of verifying and correcting any inaccuracies in the number of such Resource Units comprising each such applicable Monthly Resource Baseline.

  • The Resource Units may be changed based on agreement between the parties at any time during the term of the Country Agreement.

  • The Resource Units identified below are intended to provide the proper measurement of usage for the Services and allow for a reasonable means to gather data.

  • There shall be no change to the Charges to the extent the adjustments result from correcting the number of the Resource Units comprising each such Monthly Resource Baseline for volume changes within the True-Up Deadband as described in Attachment 4-A.


More Definitions of Resource Units

Resource Units means the unit of chargeable resource utilization for particular resource categories and/or Services, as provided in SOWs hereunder.
Resource Units means a particular unit of service delivery resources. Each Resource Unit is either a “Non-Billable Asset” or a “Billable Resource Unit” as indicated on the applicable Supplement.
Resource Units means the units of resource set out in Appendix 3-A to Schedule 3 (Pricing and Invoicing) that are counted to measure the use of, or demand for, each Service or part of a Service (as defined in Appendix 3-A to Schedule 3 (Pricing and Invoicing));
Resource Units or “RUs” has the meaning set forth in the Charges Schedule.
Resource Units means (a), as of the Effective Date, Application Hours, Application Gigabytes, Application Tape Mounts, and customer service center calls; and (b) any other units of resource consumption measurement agreed to by the Parties and set forth in the Charges Exhibits.

Related to Resource Units

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).
