Resource Provider means the Individual to be specified by the Proposer who has full authority to move resources (personnel and equipment) to advance this Project on schedule, potentially drawing from other ongoing competing work. Resource Provider has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Resource Provider means, in part, an entity that provides personnel, equipment, supplies, and other capabilities necessary to perform salvage and/or marine firefighting services identified in the response plan. See 33 CFR §155.4025

Examples of Resource Provider in a sentence

  • For example, OIDF may offer document repository and communication resources but the GAIN POC Members may decide to use other Resources made available by another Resource Provider.

  • If Participant, acting as a Resource Provider, provides any Resource for use by other GAIN POC Members, Participant is deemed to provide the Resource for the exclusive use of all GAIN POC Members in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement, and without the imposition of any additional obligations or compensation requirements on any GAIN POC Member using such Resource.
