Resource Pool Manager definition

Resource Pool Manager means a Supplier which itself supplies a proportion of Temporary Work-Seekers, or Work-seekers, from within its own bank (pool), with a second tier of other Framework Supplier or other third-party Employment Agencies or Employment Businesses, as applicable, operating under the same terms and conditions fulfilling bookings the Supplier cannot fill directly. For the Customer receiving the Services, this provision is seamless and the Customer contracts with the Resource Pool Manager not the other supplying Framework Supplier or other third-party Employment Agency or Employment Businesses, as applicable;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, where the Supplier is a Resource Pool Manager (Lot two provision) and himself Introduced the Temporary work-seeker from within its own pool/register of Temporary work- seekers, then the Supplier’s MSP ▇▇▇ must not be additionally charged as part of the Contract Charges.
