Resource Income means the gross income and benefits derived either directly or indirectly from the Research, Permitted Biological Resource or the Biological Resource Intellectual Property including the proceeds of sale, licensing or other disposal or exploitation of: any Biological Resource Intellectual Property; and any other products or results from the Research and the Permitted Biological Resource;
