Resource Group definition

Resource Group means, collectively, the Resource Entities, any affiliate of a Resource Entity to which such Resource Entity transfers shares of Common Stock and any group with which any of the foregoing files a report on Schedule 13D from time to time.
Resource Group means group of individuals certified for specialized search and rescue missions.
