Resource Based Services definition

Resource Based Services means those services as set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and Services) and defined by the Contracting Body in Schedule 2 (Goods and Services) of the Call Off Agreement that are charged on the basis of Grade Day Rates; Restricted Countries shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 24.5.3 (Protection of Personal Data);

Examples of Resource Based Services in a sentence

  • If the Resource Based Services are to be performed in a region other than in Greater London, then the Framework Prices shall be modified by the percentage set out in Table 2 of Annex 1 to this Framework Schedule 3.
