Resource agency definition

Resource agency means any governmental agency, ministry or department having jurisdiction over a resource which may be affected by any activity or operation, including but not restricted to activities or operations, engaged in or carried out under or associated with this Licence or a road permit;
Resource agency means a Federal, state, or interstate agency exercising administration over the areas of flood control, navigation, irrigation, recre- ation, fish and wildlife, water resource management (including water rights), or cultural or other relevant resources of the state or states in which a project is or will be located.
