Resort Unit definition

Resort Unit means all Hotel Keys and all other residential units (including Resort Residential and Resort Estates), which may include a room or group of rooms which can be locked and served by a single key (or multiple keys). A Resort Unit may be served by one or more bathrooms, and may be with or without cooking facilities or kitchens. Except for the requirement that the Minimum Hotel Keys be owned by the Principal Resort Hotel Owner, a Resort Unit may, subject to the 2013 SUP, be owned by either an Owner or a Third Party and may be sold, resold, or may be rented and re-rented from time to time, including for transient occupancy; and provided further that, except for the requirement that the Minimum Hotel Keys be owned by the Principal Resort Hotel Owner and managed by the Resort Hotel Manager thereof, a Resort Unit may only, subject to the 2013 SUP, be used for any type of residential occupancy (including transient occupancy) and created as separate legal units through one or more plats or horizontal property regimes through one or more maps.
Resort Unit means, with respect to each Resort, one living unit in a building incorporated into the Resort pursuant to the Declaration, if applicable, together with all related or appurtenant interests in services, easements and other rights or benefits, as described and provided for in the Timeshare Documents.
Resort Unit means a room or group of rooms which can be locked and served by a single key and which is part of a resort complex, as such is defined by the Town Zoning Ordinance. A Resort Unit may be served by one or more bathrooms, and may be with or without cooking facilities. A Resort Unit may, subject to the stipulations and other provisions set out below, be owned by either the Resort Hotel Owner or a third party.

  • The Company shall provide all other seasonal maintenance and repair services in addition to other Resort Unit Services necessary to meet Company’s acceptable standard, but except as specifically provided in this Agreement, Owner shall be responsible for payment of the costs of these services, in the amount provided in Schedule A.

  • In addition, Lender shall have the automatic right without the appointment of a Receiver to have access to and exclusive possession of the Resort Interest and Resort Unit encumbered hereby or such other Resort Interest and Resort Unit whose use has been assigned to Borrower by the Resort Owners Association or by any exchange company.

  • Each Property, Resort, Unit, and the other Improvements will be operated in compliance with all applicable zoning requirements, building codes, subdivision ordinances, licensing requirements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record, and all other Applicable Laws.

Any one of the foregoing acts is an “Act of Trespass”; “Use Period” is defined in Section 2.02; “Vandal” means any Occupant who damages any amenity, facility, a Cottage or Common Furnishings so that the Cottage cannot be lived in during any Use Period. Making a Cottage so it cannot be lived in is an “Act of Vandalism”; and “Visitor” means the family, guest and other people allowed or invited onto the Property by an Owner, Exchange User or Occupant, but Visitor does not include the Renter or Exchange User themselves.
