Resort Properties definition

Resort Properties. Collectively, (a) the Casablanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada, (b) the Virgin River Hotel and Casino in Mesquite, Nevada, (c) the Oasis Hotel and Casino in Mesquite, Nevada, and (d) any other casino, hotel, resort or entertainment facility owned or leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
Resort Properties means (a) any real property or business owned or operated by the Company or its Subsidiaries which is located on the Island of Xxxx'i, including residential developments and support services and other businesses, and (b) any other hospitality or resort property or business owned, operated or acquired by the Company or its Subsidiaries following the Closing Date.
Resort Properties have the meanings set forth in Recital B.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 4.7.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient. Wherever this part requires the signature of the business owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the business owner shall be sufficient.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Mortgaged Properties the real properties listed on Schedule 1.1B, as to which the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders shall be granted a Lien pursuant to the Mortgages.

  • SPE means (i) an entity formed for the purpose of holding, acquiring, constructing, developing or improving assets whose acquisition, construction, development or improvement will be financed by Specified SPE Debt or equity investments in such entity or (ii) an entity acquired by the Restricted Parent or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Restricted Parent whose outstanding Indebtedness is all Specified SPE Debt.

  • Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
