Resort Housing definition

Resort Housing means a resort housing may be permissible in residential/ ecological/ periphery control area/ fringe area/ Highway Development Control area and rural area after taking permission / NOC from all concerned departments. The permissible minimum land area in revenues areas may be 5 Hectares, large cities shall be as defined in Rajasthan Township Policy and for medium and small cities as defined in Prevailing Building Byelaws. This unit shall have tourism facilities with residential units. All other conditions shall be as per prevailing building byelaws in force.
