Resort Hotels. , “Hotel”, shall mean a facility offering transient lodging accommodations to the general public and may include additional services such as restaurants, banquet/conference center and similar meeting rooms, recreational facilities, retail facilities, commercial facilities commonly found in Resort Hotels, staff housing for employees not to exceed ten percent of the rooms available for Hotel guests, professional offices not to exceed 2,500 square feet, on-site parking, structural parking facilities, as well as accessory uses for the exclusive use of the resort hotel, etc., incorporating a well thought out thematic architectural design and containing Hotel Unit(s). A Resort Hotel shall be a facility where all units are managed as part of a single management group which has overall and exclusive control of leasing and operating the facility.
