Resort Guests definition

Resort Guests means guests who are staying at the Resort, including guests staying in residences at the Resort pursuant to the Resort Rental Management Program, but excluding Third-Party Rental Guests.
Resort Guests means the hotel guests at the Resort.
Resort Guests means individuals who are customers, guests, or invitees of Owner or the hotel known as of January 1, 1996, as Kapalua Bay Hotel, or who are Kapalua Property Owners, Resort Club members, Hotel Guests and their respective guests and invitees.

Examples of Resort Guests in a sentence

  • No Resort Guests shall be permitted to bring pets in to the Unit.

  • The Unit will be designated as non-smoking and Unit Owner, Unit Owner’s non-paying guests, and Resort Guests may not smoke in the Unit or on any entry ways, decks, or balconies of the Unit.

  • Resort Guests staying five (5) or more consecutive nights will receive a mid-stay cleaning at no charge.

  • The general manager of the Resort and the Director-Golf Operations shall meet and/or communicate periodically concerning policies and procedures for tee time allocation and booking, always recognizing the need for priority of Resort Guests as determined by Hotel Manager.

  • From the date of this Agreement and during the Term, Manager may collect deposits, rents and other sums from Resort Guests and otherwise enforce the terms of rental agreements.

  • Daily cleaning service to Resort Guests requesting the same shall be provided in accordance with the then current established daily rates.

  • Manager will provide for the cleaning of the Unit during and at the end of periods of rental to Resort Guests and during and at the end of periods of Unit Owner Occupancy, and in doing so, will provide linens, towels, hand soaps, shampoo and other sundries in the Unit consistent with the Rental Program Standard, in accordance with then current established daily rates.

  • Gross Room Rental Revenue shall only include payments made by Resort Guests for the use and occupancy of the room(s) in the Residence and shall not include any add on fees charged by the Hotel Operator such as Resort Fees, F&B or other fees charged separately by the Hotel Management Company.

  • Manager may also transfer Resort Guests to another unit to address Resort Guest satisfaction issues.

  • All Golf Facilities Employees who may have interaction with Resort Guests shall be provided general guest service training consistent with Hotel Manager’s guest service training generally as described in Article 4.01(a) above along with any employee training provided by Golf Manager and Hotel Manager shall determine whether such persons meet the applicable standards.
