Resort Facilities definition

Resort Facilities means those facilities and amenities at the Resort that are available for use by Purchasers of Pledged Intervals; in certain cases such facilities and amenities are not located within the boundaries of the timeshare regime at the Resort as established pursuant to the Declaration, but in such cases are subject to a Use Agreement.
Resort Facilities means each and all of hotels, convention centres, restaurants, theatre restaurants, exhibitions centres and recreation facilities;

Examples of Resort Facilities in a sentence

  • Commercial solicitation of members, their family members and guests of the Resort is contrary to the atmosphere provided in the setting of the Club Facilities and Resort Facilities and is not be permitted.

  • No animals or household pets are allowed in the Villas or Resort Facilities unless specifically authorized by the Hualālai Club.

  • If it is determined that the Company owns the Resort Facilities, Shareholder and FGUSA agree that if and when requested by Acquiror or its Affiliate, Shareholder and FGUSA shall purchase the Resort Facilities from the Company for no additional consideration, subject to ACC approval, if needed.

  • Shareholder agrees to pay all reasonable applicable service, loading, and infrastructure fees (together with any other applicable tariffs/fees) in the event Shareholder desires to decommission the Resort Facilities and connect to the infrastructure of PVUC or SCWC or other Affiliates of Acquiror or the infrastructure of the City of Casa Grande.
