Resort Condominium Activities definition
Resort Condominium Activities means those activities that are overseen, controlled or managed by the condominium corporation on behalf of, and for the benefit of, all owners, which activities are undertaken for the benefit of the entire property (ie. not in relation to specific units and/or tenancies) in order to maintain the Corporation's cottage resort community.
