Resort community definition

Resort community means a community that:
Resort community means the residential, recreational (other than the Resort), and commercial real estate development to be constructed within The Canyons SPA.
Resort community means a municipality in which the transient room capacity as defined in Utah Code Section 59- 12-405 is greater than or equal to 66% of the municipality's permanent census population.
