Resort accommodation definition

Resort accommodation means a property used for the erection of tents, or other temporary or permanent structures for temporary accommodation for visitors or holiday-makers, which includes ablution, cooking and other facilities that are reasonably and ordinarily related to camping and/or temporary accommodation, for use of such visitors, and includes a caravan park, whether publicly or privately owned, but which excludes the alienation of land on the basis of time sharing, sectional title, share blocks or individual subdivision;
