Resolution Time(s) definition

Resolution Time(s) means the period of time within which Exiger will provide a Resolution.
Resolution Time(s) means maximum time taken to apply the resolution or provide a workaround.

  • Target Resolution Times may not apply if an error cannot be reproduced on a regular basis on either Seller’s or Customer’s Systems.

  • Any failure of Provider to meet the Response Times or Resolution Times in connection with the resolution of any Medium or Low Priority Incidents shall constitute a Default for the purposes of this Schedule 4.1; provided, however, that if Provider has used its commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Resolution to a Medium or Low Priority Incident within the applicable Resolution Time, such Default shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

  • Pulse Secure, its affiliates or other authorized third parties, shall, in accordance with the priority of the Problem set forth herein, use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such Problem within the aforementioned Resolution Times.
