Resolution Rules definition

Resolution Rules means the procedures for the resolution of disputes known as “The Railway Industry Dispute Resolution Rules”, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof;

Resolution Rules annexed to the publication entitled "The Network Code";

• The relevant articles of the Constitution are elaborated through enactments, rules, and codes, such as the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act of 2012 (as amended in June 2019), the Income Tax Ordinance of 1984 (as amended until July 2014), the Customs Act of 1969, and the VAT (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Rules.

• Disputes which cannot be resolved will be submitted to binding self-administered arbitration by a single arbitrator under the then current CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution Rules for Non-Administered Arbitration of Business Disputes, with proceedings subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.
