Resolution Response Time Goal is the best case estimate of the time required to provide a documented fix that restores full functionality to Customer. Critical (Emergency): Customer experiences data loss, corruption, or an essential part of the system is unusable for Customer. Unusable means that the Customer can't use an essential part of the system because of a defect. Essential parts of the system are those that the Customer needs to use the system effectively.
