Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.
Auction Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(a).
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.
Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Independent representative means a person who:
Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;
Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Superintending Engineer means the In-charge Superintending Engineer of the Institute, who as overall In-charge and head of the Institute Works Department shall direct the contract.
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Site Supervisor means a Site employee, member, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the Program.
Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
