On or prior to the Effective Date, each Party shall provide the other Party with the name and relevant contact information for its respective initial Resolution Committee member, and either Party may replace its Resolution Committee members at any time with other persons of similar seniority by providing written notice in accordance with Section 10.6. The Resolution Committee will meet (by telephone or in person) during the next ten (10) business days and attempt to resolve the Dispute.
If the Service Coordinators are unable to reach a resolution with respect to the Dispute within ten (10) business days after receipt of notice of the Dispute, the Dispute shall be referred to a Resolution Committee comprised of specified transition leaders (the “Resolution Committee”) from Automation and Aerospace.
