• However, should the Contractor take such a petition, the City may seek, and the Contract Dispute Resolution Board may render, a determination less favorable to the Contractor and more favorable to the City than the decision of the Commissioner.

• Except as otherwise provided in this contract, when a dispute arises between the parties and it cannot be resolved through discussion and negotiation, either party may request a Dispute Resolution Board (“DRB”).
