Resold Services means the Customer allowing access to the Service by third parties in the terms set out in Clause 3;

Examples of Resold Services in a sentence

  • CLEC is solely responsible for either disconnecting such Existing Resold Services prior to August 2, 2022 or ordering them as new services under the applicable Tariffs.

  • To avoid any doubt, the Supplier shall have no responsibility of any nature to any third party in relation to any such Resold Services.

  • The Parties agree that CenturyLink will no longer provide any Existing Resold Services under the terms of the Agreement after August 2, 2022.

  • Other than as part of authorised Resold Services, the Customer shall ensure that the Service is not, without the Supplier’s consent, used by or on behalf of any person other than the Customer or any employee, agent or sub-contractor of the Customer’s organisation authorised to use the Service by the Customer.

  • Any Commission approved or ordered change in the Resale discount for Resold Services shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement for the state in which such Commission approves or orders the change.

  • In addition to these Terms Customer agrees to be bound by the additional terms applicable to any Resold Services as set out in the Order Confirmation Form.

Resold Services means those Verizon Telecommunications Services (as defined in the Act) that Verizon, as and to the extent required by Applicable Law, will make available to AT&T, in accordance with Section 251(b)(1) of the Act, for resale, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Verizon's Tariffs and the Interconnection Agreements. The term "Resold Services" does not include any exchange access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
