Resiliated Contract definition
Resiliated Contract. : means any written or verbal contract, agreement or undertaking to which Christal is a party or under which its assets are affected or encumbered and (i) which is terminated, resiliated or resolved by Christal pursuant to the terms of the Initial Order or (ii) which is the object of a notice of termination, resiliation or resolution sent by Christal after the Determination Date;
