Residual Collateral definition

Residual Collateral means all now existing and hereafter arising right, title and interest of Guarantor in, under and to the following:
Residual Collateral means any Pledged Collateral described in Section 2(b) that does not constitute (i) Material Pledged Subsidiary Capital Stock or (ii) Available Assets Collateral.
Residual Collateral has the meaning set forth in the definition of Collateral.
