RESIDENTIAL TRASH definition
RESIDENTIAL TRASH means all trash, refuse, garbage, or litter not incidental to picnicking. All trash, refuse, garbage or litter packaged in any manner with letters, envelopes, or mail, including said letters, envelopes or mail, shall be deemed residential trash.
