Residential subcontractor means: (a) A subcontractor
Residential subcontractor means: (a) A subcontractor retained by a prime residential contractor to assist in making improvements to a single-family residence of a residential homeowner; and (b) the residential subcontractor's principals, partners, officers, directors, members, vice principals, and agents with executive, managerial, supervisory, physical, or actual control over the accounting or disbursement of amounts received by the residential subcontractor from or on behalf of residential homeowners.
