Residential Spaces means parking spaces available during the Residential 230 Hours.

  • Hayden Condo shall have the right to restrict access to the Parking Structure Residential Area, including the right to erect and maintain fences and access gates, provided that any such access restrictions shall not impede pedestrian access to the pedestrian aisle running in an east-west direction through the Parking Structure between the Parking Structure Residential Spaces (North) and Parking Structure Residential Spaces (South), as depicted on Exhibit “H”.

  • The Parties agree that they shall from time to time and at any time agree upon, in writing, and thereby establish, modify, revoke and enforce, reasonable and non-discriminatory (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, e.g., with respect to the Exclusive Residential Spaces (as hereafter defined)) rules and regulations with respect to the use and maintenance of the Parking Property and Parking Area (the “Parking Rules”).

  • As described in Section 2 above, the Parking Property Owner may propose to the Mixed-Use Property Owners and the Mixed-Use Property First Lienholders that the Parking Area be reconfigured into a structured parking garage (the “Parking Garage”), and in conjunction therewith may propose that the Minimum Parking Spaces be reduced and/or shared with other Permittees and the Adjacent Properties Users and that any designated Exclusive Residential Spaces be reconfigured/relocated.

  • In addition, City’s rules and regulations 572 for use of Residential Spaces will require that any use of the Residential Permits shall be 573 consistent with the Special Events requirements described in Section 5.15.

  • The easement granted in this Section 3.1(b) does not extend to the Parking Structure Residential Area or the Parking Structure Residential Spaces, which are reserved for the exclusive use of Hayden Condo.

Related to Residential Spaces

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
