Residential Period definition

Residential Period has the meaning given below in Clause 2.
Residential Period means the period or periods of accommodation set out in Item 2 of the Residential Agreement.

Examples of Residential Period in a sentence

  • If for whatever reason, we are not able to provide the Room you may at any time before the Residential Period commences terminate this agreement and we will return the Reservation Rent to you.

  • You must move in on the first day of the Residential Period unless agreed otherwise with the Accommodation Team in writing.

  • If you do not move in within a week of the first day of the Residential Period unless you have agreed a later date in writing and/or have paid the 1st instalment of Rent, we shall have the right (but shall not be obliged) to terminate this agreement.

  • If for whatever reason the Landlord is not able to provide the Room to the Tenant it may at any time before the Residential Period commences terminate this agreement and return the Reservation Rent to the Tenant.

  • A document issued by the Management Company (on behalf of the Landlord) to the Tenant, with a detailed listing of Room Items which are supplied for the exclusive use by the Tenant for the duration of the Residential Period.

  • The accommodation consisting of the Flat or the Room specified on Page 2 of this Agreement let to the Tenant under this Agreement for the Residential Period specified on page 2.

  • To be valid under this clause, applications to terminate may only be made if there is at least 4 weeks of the Residential Period left unexpired after the proposed date of termination.

  • A sum of money paid by the Tenant at the beginning of the Tenancy and held as a bond during the entire Residential Period as security for the Dwelling and the Tenant’s compliance with his/her obligations under this Agreement.

  • Your tenancy period is for the Residential Period stated in Clause 2 of this agreement; whomever takes over the tenancy must take over the tenancy for the remaining period – A £50 admin fee will apply to set up a replacement tenant.

  • If a replacement tenant is found to take tenancy of the Room for a term which is equivalent to the unexpired Residential Period, the Tenant will be liable for the Landlord’s administration charges of £75.00 for dealing with the changeover.
