The Owner of a Residential Parking Space shall, at his own cost, keep and maintain in good repair and condition his Residential Parking Space (which for the avoidance of doubt includes the electric vehicles charging enabling facilities and associated conduits serving exclusively the space).
All costs in relation to the electric vehicles charging enabling facilities and associated conduits serving exclusively the space, including charges for activating the electricity supply (if any) and electricity charges, shall be borne by the Owner of the Residential Parking Space.
After the Declarant’s initial assignment, a Residential Unit Owner may lease the Residential Parking Space or Residential Storage Locker assigned to that Unit, but only to its Unit’s tenant or to any other Residential Unit Owner or a tenant occupying its Unit; provided, the lease term shall automatically expire on the date the Unit Owner disposes of its interest in the Residential Unit (whether such disposition is by deed, contract, foreclosure or otherwise).
