Residential Erven definition
Residential Erven means every Erf in the Estate which in terms of the subdivision of the Estate enjoys single residential use rights and shall include any additional residential erven which may be created and approved over and above the existing residential erven depicted on the General Plan.
Residential Erven means the Residential Erven as per 2.1.11;
Residential Erven means the Single Residential Erven and the Group Housing Erven;

Residential Erven means Erven 16540 to 16553, 16555 to 16565, 16567 to 16570, 16572 to 16575, 16578 to 16583, 16585 to 16589, 16591 to 16596 Stellenbosch in the Development, which are zoned as group housing erven for residential use and ‘Residential Erf’ shall mean one of the residential erven.
