Residential condominium project definition
Residential condominium project is defined in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Residential condominium project means the entire parcel of real property divided into condominiums including all structures located on or to be located on such real property.
Residential condominium project means the construction of or renovation of any building, development or project that is being converted or has been converted to any form of residential building with multiple dwelling units intended for individual ownership that share usage and financial responsibility for common areas, including any commercial space, and all appurtenant structures, improvements and common areas.
