Resident proposer definition

Resident proposer means a proposer that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the proposal whether the proposer is a resident proposer.
Resident proposer means a proposer whose principal place of business is in this state, including a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.
Resident proposer means a Proposer that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in Missoula, Montana during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding submission of the proposal, and has a business address in Missoula, Montana.
