Resident Payments definition

Resident Payments has the meaning given that term in Section 12.2.2.

Examples of Resident Payments in a sentence

  • For all residents who have an account as of the Closing Date that have a balance owed of 30 days or less on the Aging Reports, any Resident Payments that are received from any source other than a Medicare and Medicaid recipient shall be applied 50% to Purchaser and 50% to Seller.

  • If any Resident Payments are received directly from any Third Party Payor and are accompanied by remittance advice, such Resident Payments shall be applied to the outstanding balance corresponding to such remittance advice.

  • Resident student means a student who is considered a resident of the school district under Title 53G, Chapter 6, Part 3, School District Residency.

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • Passthru payments means any withholdable payment and any "foreign passthru payment," which is currently not defined. The current proposed FATCA regulations (“Proposed Regulations”) state that the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury have determined, that withholding on “foreign passthru payments” is not required, pending further guidance and analysis. The Proposed Regulations provide that such withholding will not be effective before the date that is two years after the publication of final regulations defining the term “foreign pass-thru payment”.

  • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
