Resident Editor definition

Resident Editor means a person, who performs the functions of an Editor of a newspaper at a centre other than the one from which the newspaper is originally published or other than the headquarter of the newspaper establishment.

  • Resident Engineer means the representative of the Commissioner duly designated by the Commissioner to be his/her representative at the site of the Work.
