Resident Contract definition

Resident Contract will mean this Resident Contract as amended from time to time. These terms and conditions set out our responsibilities and obligations to you and your responsibilities and obligations to us and they apply from the date of admission to the Home until or unless terminated. The Resident Contract is an important document which is legally binding; we therefore encourage you to take the time to read this document carefully before signing.
