Resident Contract definition

Resident Contract will mean this Resident Contract as amended from time to time. These terms and conditions set out our responsibilities and obligations to you and your responsibilities and obligations to us and they apply from the date of admission to the Home until or unless terminated. The Resident Contract is an important document which is legally binding; we therefore encourage you to take the time to read this document carefully before signing. Resident Contract means a written agreement between the Operator and each Resident of the Independent Supportive Housing units that establishes the conditions of residency, the template of which may be reviewed from time to time by the City and/or the Good Neighbour Committee.

Resident Contract means a written agreement between the Operator and each resident of the Housing Facility, in a form satisfactory to the City and in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement, establishing the conditions of residency.

  • Incumbent Contractor means any contractor providing any service that constitutes or that will constitute part of the Services immediately before the Transfer Date.
