Residency Training Program means a postgraduate program approved and accredited by the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or the College of Family Physicians of Canada leading to certification in an RCPSC specialty, an RCPSC subspecialty, Family Medicine, or a Certificate of Added Competence in Family Medicine.
